Ingredients:
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 can evaporate milk (12 fluid oz)
1 can cream of coconut (14 oz)
1 can sweeten condensed milk (14 oz)
½ cup white rum
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Below is the step-by-step how to make coquito. It's easy to follow. In this way, you're going to use a double boiler technique for making coquito.
Step 1. Turn on the stove. Just use the medium hot and heat your double boiler.
Step 2. Mix egg yolks and evaporated milk on your double boiler, on top of boiling water, and stir it constantly.
Step 3. Cook it until the mixture reaches a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
Step 4. Make sure it's thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Step 5. Remove egg yolks-milk mixture and transfer it to a blender
Step 6. Add also the cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, water, cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla into the blender.
Step 7. Blend for about 30 seconds, then pour into a large pitcher with a lid, and chill overnight in an airtight container, and put it in the refrigerator.
