Step 1: Find the correct boards to build your platters. Large cutting boards, marble pieces, slate boards, or ceramic platters are great options.

Step 2: Choose several varieties of cured meats and salumi. Pictured here are sweet Sopressata, salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, and other cured meats from Delallo. 

Step 3: You can use several soft and hard cheese options with varying milk types and colors such a Brie, Havarti, Gouda, Hot Pepper, Mozzarella, Provolone, Blue Cheese. 

Step 4: Add some cured olives and colorful antipasti. Pictured here, Delallo Garlic and Pepper Antipasto, Grilled Artichoke Hearts, Green Cherry Pepper Shooters Stuffed with Prosciutto and Provolone, and Sweet Tangy Pepper Drops. 

Step 5: Add a couple of spreads, jams, and mustard with various crackers and breadsticks. Pictured here are Delallo's fig spread and roasted pepper bruschetta. 

Step 6:Then, mix in a colorful variety of new and dried fruits like grapes, berries, dried apricots, and drUse a variety of nuts, mix them up! Here we used pignoli and almonds. Pistachios and walnuts are also great options.

Step 2: Add meats and cheese, setting larger items like cut meats and or cuts of cheese on the board first. 

Step 3: Add wafers and or bread next, spacing them out on the board. 

Step 4: Fill in the gaps on your board with new as well as a dried fruit. 

Step 5: Add garnish and serve immediately or chill until prepared to serve.

Step 1:Take your 12 ″ wide stockroom board and draw the layout of your cheeseboard on it. Cheese boards tend to be round, and breadboards tend to be square or rectangular. Do what you think looks great.  

Step 2: Clamp the wood to a solid surface like a work area or workbench, at that point cut into shape with a jigsaw.
