  • I fully cooked whole ham (with bone or no bone)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Brown sugar glaze:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


Step 1. Start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees F

Step 2. Prepare a small bowl and combine dijon mustard with pineapple juice.

Step 3. Brush the mixture over the ham. Make sure you spread it evenly.

Step 4. Then, place a roasting pan covered tightly with foil. Lay the ham evenly. 

Step 5. Roast the ham for at least 12 to 15 minutes per pound. See the package directions to get the exact timing

Step 6. While you wait for baking, mix glaze ingredients and bring to boil. After 3 minutes turn the heat and simmer.

Step 7. Remove the ham from the oven and turn the oven up to 425 degrees F.

Step 2. Transfer ham in a roasting pan and cut side down. Then, cover it with foil
