Step 2. Pour about ½ inch of water into the pan and cook the squash in the microwave for about 15 minutes or until the squash is softened and cooked.

Step 2. Put the steamer basket or trivet in the cooker and place the spaghetti squash with the flesh side down so that there’s no water pooling inside the spaghetti squash.

Step 3. Close the lid and cook the spaghetti squash on high pressure for about 10 minutes or until softened and cooked.

Step 4. Turn off the heat and release the pressure of the pot. Wait for about 2 minutes until the pressure is released and remove the lid.
