Step 1. Get a container to place the eggs after cracking it. Add in milk, seasonings, and others too. Then, use a fork or whisk to scramble the eggs. 

Step 2. Pick a pan that isn't too big for your burner. The smallest you're willing to use is the best. You can use an 8" pan for 3 or less eggs. For 4 and more eggs, move up to the 12″.

Step 3. Place the pan with medium-low heat until the pipes are hot. Splash a little bit of water to taste it. If the water is running around your pan, it's good. But, if If the water evaporates immediately, your pan is too hot. 

Step 4. Next, you'll need to add your fat. 1/2 – 1 tablespoon is going to do the trick. Add the eggs soon after you add the fat to the pan.  If your fat is solid, like butter or coconut oil, add your eggs when it's just melted.

Step 5. Let the eggs cook without moving them until you see the eggs at the edges of the pan change color and solidify. To peel the eggs from the side of the pan, you can use a wooden spoon or other utensils. Stir the eggs and let them cook. Don't forget to stir every 30 seconds or more until they are cooked but still moist. Done!

Cast iron can sometimes be intimidating, especially when it comes to frying an egg. It can stick, it can tear up, but it can be an easy deal for people to cook an egg in cast iron. So, here is the right method on how to fry an egg with a cast-iron skillet!

Step 1. On how to fry an egg in a cast-iron skillet, start by preheating it with medium-high heat. Add in 1 tsp of butter and warm for about 90  minutes until the butter is melted. Swirl the butter around the bottom of the skillet.

Step 2. Crack the egg on a flat surface. Don't crack it on the edge of the skillet. Then, add it to the skillet. 

Step 3. Pour 1 tsp of water around the outside edge of the egg. Cover with the lid.

Step 4.  For sunny side up, cook for about 90 minutes. If you use Over Easy, cook for 2 and a half minutes. If you use medium, cook for 2 and a half minutes, remove the lid, flip the egg over and cook for more 30 seconds uncovered.

Step 1. Firstly, place 1/2 inch of water in a skillet with medium heat. Then, boil the water.

Step 2. The second step on how to fry an egg in water is to crack the egg in the middle of the skillet, then cover with the lid. Leave the egg boiling over medium heat for about 2 minutes.  

Step 3. Flip the egg with a spatula and put the lid back on the skillet. Now, fry the egg for about 2 minutes. After that, remove from heat 

Step 4. Use a spatula to take the egg out of the skillet and place it on folded paper towels to absorb the water. 

step 5. Before serving, pat the top of the egg dry with a paper towel.
