1. Donkey Kicks
How to do Donkey kick? First, get down on all fours on a mattress. Then, keep your foot flexed and kick up towards the ceiling as if you want to place the sole of your foot on the ceiling.
Make sure your thigh is parallel to the floor. After you got the position, start squeezing your booty and then return to start. Repeat this exercise with other legs. Do this for 12 - 15 repetitions.
2. Bird Dog
The Bird Dog exercise works for core muscles, hamstrings, glutes, and your lower back. It is great to improve your balance. To do Bird Dog, start on your hands and knees. Position your hands about shoulder-width apart. Then, keep your head, neck, and back in a straight line.
After that, reach your right arm out in front of you like you want to grab something. At the same time, kick your left leg behind until it's straight and in line with your torso. Make sure your position is right. Hold it for a second and return to start. Switch sides and repeat 12-15 times.
