Step 1. Open your Zoom app on your computer and make sure you are already in a Zoom meeting.

Step 2. In your meeting, you will find a selection of meeting controls at the bottom window such as mute your voice, start and stop the video, and many more. Choose the green "Share screen" icon.

Step 3. Then choose "Basic" and select which screen you want to share with the meeting attendances.

Step 4. Last, click the blue "Share" button at the bottom of the window meet.

Step 1. Open your Zoom app on your computer. Make sure you are logged in.

Step 2.  Then, you will have to choose some options include join a meeting, host a meeting, schedule a meeting, or Share Screen. On this step, select "Share Screen" and select which one will you share with other fellow meetings.

Step 1. Open your zoom app and join a meeting.

Step 2. Tap your screen to see the menu below your profile. Press the "Share" button.

Step 3. Scroll down the menu until you find the "Screen" option. Then tap on it. Zoom will give you a warning message about passwords, photos, etc on your screen.

Step 4. Press "Start Now" to begin sharing your screen. When you want to stop sharing, click the red box with "Stop Share" in it.

Zoom allows you to share the screen of an iPad and iPhone with your meeting. You can use your iPad as a whiteboard that your meeting partners can see, or you may show them a PoperPoint presentation from your iPad.

There are two options on how to share screen on Zoom if you use an iPad. You can either share with a wire or wirelessly. Here is how to share screen on Zoom in iPad wirelessly:

Step 1. Open your zoom meeting and join a meeting. Then click the green "Share Screen" button at the bottom of the zoom window.

Step 2. Choose the "Basic" screen sharing options. Then click "iPhone/iPad via AirPlay". Go to the bottom right window and click "Share".

Step 3. The zoom app will display three instructions to follow on your iPad.

Step 4. Then, swipe down to access the Control Panel. Tap the Screen Monitoring icon on your iPad screen.

Step 5. There will be three options, select "Zoom iMac" on the map of the target displayed on your screen.

Step 6. Now your iPad is connected to your computer screen and shared in your meeting. You can also interact with the attendees using your iPad as usual.
