Step 2. Pinch the point for 5 to 10 seconds and make a small circle with your thumb in this area and in one direction. Do this for 10 seconds. Be firm but do not press so hard so that it can hurt. Repeat this process on your right thumb

2. Third Eye

The third eye point could be found between your eyebrows, right at the bridge of your nose meets your forehead. Applying constant pressure on this point is believed to relieve eyestrain and sinus which often cause headaches.

To do it, you can use your index finger of one hand and firmly pressure this area for at least one minutes

3. Drilling Bamboo

Step 2. Hold for about 10 seconds and then you can repeat
