Thin Chicken Cutlet Recipes

1. Baked chicken cutlet recipes

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds chicken breasts sliced into cutlets pounded
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika   
  • cooking oil spray    
  • Chopped parsley and lemon to garnish


Instructions

Step 1. Prepare the marinade seasoning. In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil then transfer a shallow bowl. Set aside. In another large bowl, pour and whisk the egg. Add milk with salt and pepper to taste. Combine well.

Step 2. Now get the chicken breast prepare. Pound to 1/4 thick and rub with marinade seasoning all over. Let marinate for at least 1 hour. The longer the better.

Step 3. Prepare your oven by preheating to 400 °F. Get a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and grease using cooking oil spray lightly.

Step 4. In a small bowl, combine together panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese and smoked paprika then transfer to a plate or shallow bowl. Add garlic powder.  

Step 5. Coat the marinated chicken cutlets into the egg mixture, then second coat with the panko mixture all over. Press lightly to make it stuck.

Step 6. Arrange the coated chicken cutlets onto the baking sheet and spray lightly all over with cooking oil spray.

Step 7. Transfer into the preheated oven and set the timer to 15 minutes baking. After 8 minutes of baking, flip to another side and continue baking until golden and cooked through.

Step 8. Remove from heat and place the cutlets onto a paper towel-lined plate. Garnish with parsley and serve. Enjoy best while it's hot.
    

2. Fried chicken cutlet recipes

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds chicken breasts sliced into cutlets pounded
  • vegetable oil vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • lemon for serving    


Instructions

Step 1. In a large bowl, pour and whisk the egg. Add milk with salt and pepper to taste. Combine well. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs and the Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Step 2. Slice the chicken breast and pound to 1/4 thick.

Step 3. Coat the pounded chicken cutlets into the egg mixture. Shake off to eliminate the excess. Then second coat with the panko mixture all over. Press lightly to make it stuck.

Step 4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and pour oil to fry the chicken.

Step 5. You will fry the chicken in 2 sections. Fry each of the sides for 4 minutes or until it turns into golden brown. Repeat the steps to the remaining cutlets. You can add more oil if needed.

Step 6. Remove from heat and place the cutlets onto a paper towel-lined plate. Garnish with lemon and serve. Enjoy best while it's hot.    
    

3. Grilled chicken cutlet recipes

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken cutlets
  • 1/4 cup white-wine vinegar
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pounds baby red new potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon butter    
  • 2 tablespoons Vinaigrette    
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

Instructions

Step 1. Prepare your grilling and heat over medium flame. Line and fold with two sheets of aluminum foil in half to make double-layer sheets.

Step 2. Prepare the marinade seasoning. In a small bowl, mix together the together oil, vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.

Step 3. Now get the chicken breast prepare. Pound to 1/4 thick and rub with marinade seasoning all over. Let marinate for at least 1 hour. The longer the better.

Step 4. Rinse and wrap potatoes with aluminum foil. Seal to secure. Place on the heated grill to cook. Turn as needed to cook thoroughly. Grill for at least 25 minutes. Lift from the heat and open the wrapping to let cool. Set aside.

Step 5. Brush the grill with oil grates lightly. Increase the grill to high.

Step 6. Grill the marinated chicken cutlet until brown and cooked through all over.

Step 7. Lift from heat and place the cutlets onto a plate. Serve with the grilled potatoes. Garnish with lemon and serve. Enjoy best while it's hot. If desired, you can garnish with thyme sprigs.
