  • 7 ounces spaghetti
  • 3.5 g smoked salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tsp cracked black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tsp chopped chives


Step 1. Cook the pasta spaghetti in the boiled water, drain it but reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water and set aside.

Step 2. While waiting for the pasta cooked, whisk the egg, egg yolks, and pepper. 

Step 3. Melt the butter and one tbsp pasta cooking water along with the pasta in a pot over low heat. After that, add the egg mixture and stir continuously. Do not make the egg scrambled, you only need to cook it. It may take five minutes to make the sauce thickened.

Step 4. Once the sauce begins to thicken, put the parmesan cheese, and let it cook until the sauce thickened thoroughly. After that, add the salmon strip and stir to mix everything.

Step 5. Place it on a beautiful plate and your dinner is ready to serve!

2. Creamy Salmon Pasta Recipes

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 lemon zest, and 1 tbsp juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley


Step 1. Cook the pasta spaghetti in the boiled water, drain, and set aside.

Step 2. While the pasta getting cooked, remove the salmon skin and make sure that there is no bone on the fillet. Season the salmon with salt & pepper and roasted it in a pan with melted butter. It may take two minutes until the salmon getting slightly burned. Place it on a plate and set aside.

Step 3. In the same pan, saute chopped shallots and minced garlic with olive oil in low heat for two minutes. Increase the heat and add the white wine. Let the white reduce in six minutes, then add the heavy cream, mixed greens, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Step 4. Cook the drained pasta on the sauce and mixed it well. Place it on a plate and topped with seared salmon.

3. Healthy Salmon Pasta Recipes

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 8 oz uncooked pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 oz baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper


Step 1. Cook the uncooked pasta in the boiled water, drain it, and set aside. In a separate pan, saute the minced onion in melted butter over medium heat for five minutes. 

Step 2. Once it is done, add the salmon and let it cook for six-minute. Break the salmon into flakes. Add the spinach on the salmon mixture and cook for a minute. 

Step 3. Still on the same pan, add the heavy cream, parmesan, garlic, salt & pepper. Stir and let it simmer.

Step 4. Place the cooked pasta and chopped parsley in the sauce. Mixed everything.

Step 5. Sprinkle with the parsley and parmesan. Enjoy!

4. Zucchini Salmon Pasta Recipes

  • 10 oz fresh salmon filet
  • 3 medium zucchinis made into noodles
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp of cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Step 1. Heat the pan with cooking spray over medium-high heat and cook the salmon in the pan. Season with salt and pepper and let the salmon cook for five minutes until both od sides are done.

Step 2. In a separate pan melt the butter and saute with crushed garlic. Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. Once the cheese melt and everything is blended, add the zucchini noodles, and cook for a minute.

Step 3. Chop the cooked salmon into size-bite and stir on the zucchini gently.

Step 4. Serve it when it's warm!
