Easy Chapati Recipe
1. Kenyan Chapati Recipe
- 360-gram flour
- 1 ½ cups warm sugar
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, pour in the flour.
Step 2. Mix salt, sugar, 2 tablespoons of oil, and ½ cup of water in a different bowl. Stir until dissolved.
Step 3. Add the mixture into the flour and combine well using a spatula.
Step 4. Now use your hand to knead the dough for up to 10 minutes. You can add more flour if you think it's too sticky. Add more 2 tablespoons of oil in. Knead until the dough soft.

Step 2. Open the wrap and add salt to the dough. Gently knead the dough for 2 minutes. Cover it again and let rest for another 30 minutes.

- 3 cups Mozzarella cheese

- ½ tsp Garlic powder
Step 1. Prepare all of the ingredients and prepare your oven by preheating to 375 °F.
Step 2. In a large bowl, mix together greek yogurt and mozzarella. Microwave for about 3 minutes. Stir every 30 seconds.
