• 2 ½ cups finely chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb

• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 2. Add milk, beating until smooth, then combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing well. Fold in rhubarb evenly, then pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.

Step 3. Combine the cinnamon and remaining brown sugar, sprinkling over batter. Bake at 325 °F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Meanwhile, spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray.

Step 2. Spread out the chopped rhubarb evenly on the bottom of the pan.

• 1 ½ cups flour

• 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

• 6 tablespoons butter (softened)

• 1 ¼ cup sugar

• 1 large egg

• ½ cup milk

• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla

• 1 pound strawberries (hulled and sliced in half or chopped)

• 1 ½ cups cubed rhubarb (2 medium stalks)


Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Meanwhile, butter a 10-inch pie plate or tart pan.

Step 2. Cream together the butter and the sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla, mixing to combine.

Step 3. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg, mixing to combine. Remove the bowl from the electric mixer and gently fold in the rhubarb.

• 6 cups chopped rhubarb

• 1 cup white sugar

• 3 cups miniature marshmallows


Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Meanwhile, grease a 9x13 inch pan.

Step 2. On the bottom of the greased 9x13 inch pan, place the previously chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar evenly over the rhubarb, followed by marshmallows.
