You can get to the park by driving to Highway 89. It's 17 miles away to the south of Tahoe City. Head to the north end of the park and find the entrance to the beautiful Rubicon Point.

This trail gives the best overlooking of the lake’s deepest spots. From this point, you can witness the amazing depths of Lake Tahoe with over one hundred feet into the depth.

D. L. Bliss State Park Campground offers 140 camping sites. They are divided into three units, Pine, Ridge, and There are also some Hike and Bike sites and a group camp you can book here.

Their campground is facilitated by modern camping facilities, but still, try to maintain the old-time campgrounds as the charms. Facilities provided by the campground include ample space, fire pits, and lots of tree shade. Each of the spots gives the best views of the cove and beach.

To start your hiking here, you will want to explore the lighthouse trail. It's the starting point of the park entrance. This trail has a 2.3-mile loop, starting from the lower west side of the lake. 

These trails will take you up and down to the Rubicon Point Lighthouse. This lighthouse is used to be the highest lighthouse in the United States.

The beach area is divided into 2 parts. They ate Lester Beach and the Calloway Code. Lester Beach is located in the north. Meanwhile, the other one is located on the south portion.
