You can visit False Cape State Park from 08:00 a.m to 07:00 p.m. The state park is open every day, but since there is no access for vehicles to enter the park, you can access the park through walking, biking, or paddling.
You can also get more detailed information at the False Cape State Park visitor center that opens from 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.
False Cape State Park Hiking
False Cape State Park has five trails with a total length of 7.5 miles. One of the trails is the Barbour Hill self-guided interpretive trail. The trails at False Cape State Park are not only for hiking, but visitors can also use them for biking. While exploring the trials, you will also be presented with the view of the surrounding nature which includes the beach, forest, dune, swamps, and marshes.
