In Silver Mountain Resort, you can play ski as well as learn it with the help of an instructor! Silver Mountain Resort has two peaks, 73 trails, and 2,200 acres of the most diverse snow riding terrain in Idaho. You can also rent skiing equipment in Silver Mountain Sports, which offers a variety of specialty and skiing merchandise brands such as The North Face, Dakine, Smith, Oakley, and many others. 

As for the lift ticket to the peaks, the price varies based on age and what day you’re booking it for. The cheapest rate would be if you’re booking it for a weekend day for half day only. 

For adults, college student, senior (65+), and 911/Military, the rate starts from USD 44, and USD 38 for youth (ages 7 -17), USD. As for child (ages 6 and under), lift ticket is free for any day. 

You may also reserve a skiing lesson from Silver Mountain Resort. Private and group lessons are available. Each type of lessons is held in different times. For example, 9 AM and 2 PM are for private lessons only, while 10:30 AM and 1 PM are available for both private and group lessons. 

Lessons on Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday periods must be booked online 24-hours in advance of your lesson time. 

Silver Mountain Resort Rooms

Whether you want to stay by yourself, with a small group, or large group, Silver Mountain Resort has rooms for you. There are 7 types of rooms in Silver Mountain Resort.

The first is the Studio. This is perfect for couples who want to spend their time adventuring throughout the resort. It has a walkout balcony, a convenient kitchen, as well as a king-sized bed. 

Next, they have Family Studio. This is an affordable option for a family or close-knit group. It has one king-sized bed and a cozy sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed. It can accommodate up to four people. You can opt for One-bedroom Condo or Outside Corner suite for more space and amenities. 

If you have six people in your group, we recommend you to book The Loft or Inside Corner Suite. The loft has an appointed kitchen as well as a dining room – it just feels like home, while the Inside Corner Suite is will give you a more luxurious staying experience.

Last but not least, they also have a two-bedroom condo which can accommodate up to 8 people. This will give the guests more privacy as it has two bedrooms – while staying close to each other!

Silver Mountain Resort Water Park

One of the most popular main attractions in Silver Mountain Resort is their Silver Rapids Indoor Waterpark. This is Idaho’s largest Indoor waterpark, so you have so much to explore here. 

The waterpark’s admission is already included when you purchase your stay with Silver Mountain Lodging, so there’s no need to buy any more tickets. You may also purchase a limited number of additional tickets for family or friends. 

If you’re not staying in Silver Mountain Resort, you can still book a day group of 15 people or more, or purchase a limited number of individual tickets online. Be sure to check their calendar for hours of operation as the hours and days of operation vary throughout the year. Walk-up tickets are not available. 

Silver Mountain Resort Gondola

The Gondola in Silver Mountain Resort allows you to ride along the scenic mountain to the top. This 3.1-mile ride will definitely be a feast for your eyes – your kids will also like to enjoy the mountain’s fresh air, nature’s beauty, and delicious food once you’ve arrived at the Mountain House from Kellogg!
