Aside from separate cabins, Skyland Resort has rooms that you can book. The first type of room is a premium room. This room is newly decorated with one king or two queen beds, as well as wood plank luxury vinyl flooring. It has a 46” flat screen tv and other hotel amenities. These rooms are designed as one or two-story buildings with exterior access.
Next, they have preferred rooms with one king or two queen beds. The amenities are the same as the premium rooms, but there is less decoration.
The traditional rooms, just like how it’s called, have a traditional atmosphere. With a wooden wall, it will make you feel like you’re closer to nature. It doesn’t have any air conditioner – only a ceiling fan in some rooms.
Last but not least, they have suites. It features a one-bedroom suite with one double and one twin bed, as well as flat-screen TV, air conditioner, and other standard amenities.
Skyland Resort Cabin
Many people opt for Skyland Resort’s cabins for staying in the Shenandoah National Park. As for the cabins, room setups vary from one double bed to two doubles and one twin per room. You can call the resort to confirm your inquiries.
There is no television and no air conditioner, only a ceiling fan in some rooms. Four cabins have a sitting room and kitchenette; sold as free-standing units. Eight cabins feature 2-4 rooms – each room sold independently.
All rooms in Skyland Resort charge an additional fee of USD 25 per night if you’re bringing along pets.
