Rosella jam is a must to try when you come to Cairns. This jam is made from rosella, a wildflower from the North Queensland. Pairing the jam with scones or puftaloons will be so perfect. Come to Skyrail Rainforest Cableway to experience flying above the world's oldest tropical rainforest. This gondola ride has a 7.5 km long above the Barron Gorge National Park.
