The Basque Corniche is where you can enjoy an unspoilt area and the architecture you will admire with the famous Observatory Castle of Abbadia. It was built in the Neo-Gothic style in the 19th century by the famous architect Eugène Viollet-le-Duc. CPIE Littoral Basque is initially dependent on the Abbadia estate, property of the Conservatoire du littoral, the CPIE presently works on the whole Basque coast north and south.
