Hiroshima's most famous tourist attractions are located in Motomatchi, the downtown. FOOD & DRINK

The most famous food from Hiroshima is Okonomiyaki which made in its own style. It is a local dish from only a thin layer of batter combine with egg, cabbage, yakisoba noodles, and oysters, squid, and cheese as the topping. Don't forget to taste the traditional liquor of Hiroshima such as sake.

CULTURE

Hiroshima is not only dedicated as a historical city but also a peaceful city, since the bomb incident in 1945. There are many unique historical sites and can be found even in the middle of the city such as the Itsukushima Shrine and Hiroshima Museum of Art. Many tourist attractions here also represent the history of the atomic bombing.

BEST TIME TO VISIT

Visiting Hiroshima is actually good at all times, but the most popular months for visitors are February, March, and July. While there is a limited number of visitors in October due to the Fall season.
