Another interesting feature is the old ship called “Utrecht Ship” which can be seen in the museum basement. St Martin Cathedral is the main cathedral in Utrecht and was once connected to the Dom Tower, but its center collapsed and the two buildings have been separated since then. This impressive cathedral has stood since the Middle Ages and was once the largest church in the Netherlands.

The Dom Tower of Utrecht’s structure rises above the city and is one of the most iconic landmarks in Utrecht. The tower stands apart from Saint Martin's Cathedral and was built in 1321. The tower contains a set of 14 bells that weigh a total of 32,000, at certain times the bell is still ringing by a group of special rings. The interesting Railway Museum is housed in one of Utrecht's old train stations and is located in the eastern part of the city. The museum has been renovated recently and a new building was opened adjacent to the train station. Inside the museum, you can find a large collection of restored railroad memorabilia, station displays, and station rooms.
