American Computer & Robotics Museum and get surprisingly fun activities there. Insanely awesome museum with some incredible computers and things I never would have expected from a museum this size. It's worth spending time and unbelievably it is free. Another interesting place to go is the Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture. It's a lot of paintings and drawings in the hallways. Emerson is a great place to eat as well as to take a peek at local art, host events, or catch a show.

Take a visit to Gallatin History Museum, an interesting small local museum in the old county jail. Lots of jail history exhibits but also lots of pioneer history. They have some interactive items that the kids seem to enjoy especially the jail cell. You can take a picture in the greenery spot. Peets Hill/Burke Park is also a favorite spot for photography. Always a sure thing for great views, exercise, and a great dog walk.

There is a great open community of people who walk their dogs and get some exercise.
