Things to Do in Herring Cove Beach

This lighthouse is located 5 miles away from Herring Cove Beach and to reach the lighthouse, you will have to hike a trail after you’re arrived at Race Point Beach. You can climb to the top of the lighthouse and get the magical view of the ocean.

Another place you don’t want to miss is the Pilgrim Monument. This historical landmark is situated 2.2-miles away from Herring Cove Beach. It was built to honor the Mayflower Pilgrims. With 252-feet high granite, it offers a dramatic city and harbor views. There are also gargoyles around the monument that are very unique to look at. You can also enter and climb the tower for a fee.
