The next place that you can visit for sightseeing purposes around Brisbane is Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Lovely family-friendly sanctuary. Lots of Koala enclosures throughout the park. The kangaroo feeding section was our favorite part of the cover as there was an ample open space to get up close and personal with the kangaroos. Good variety of different breeds of kangaroos on show. Friendly and clean in general. Many other animals on display, wombats, dingos, pigs, sheep, goats, emus, crocodiles, and other reptiles, and a decent variety of birds.

You can learn about Brisbane's history, have a glimpse of Australian culture, and ride in a rustic elevator in the clock tower - all for free of charge. The bird's eye view at the top is quite breathtaking. The spider exposition is fantastic and well worth a visit while it is still on. The talks are fascinating, and the displays as first class. When done, it is worth a walk around the rest of the museum. Fantastic place to see the clock tower, special events, art, and more! There is a gift shop selling locally handmade items. With the clock tower tour, you get to see the bells and inside the clock face.

Oddly tricky to get a decent photo of just the letters at any time as there's always climbers and large groups of people making videos at the letters. South Bank is a beautiful place to take the children during their school holidays; it has everything for a fun day, swimming pools with lovely white sand beaches, playgrounds, and barbecues. Now, they have added the addition of the large colorful letters.
A popular destination in Brisbane, such as Roma Street Parkland and Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. Beautiful park with lots of sightseeing spots well maintained and so many varieties of flowers. It has big gardens, a fountain, live music band to sit, relax, and enjoy the place loved it. From large manicured lawn sections with a giant waterfall as your background to hidden pockets where you can sit and have a picnic alongside a grove of Frangipanis, your family outing is covered. Brisbane City Botanic Gardens is another excellent destination worth visiting. What beautiful gardens, well looked after, clean, massive spaces, a fantastic playground for the kiddies. Grounds people are amiable, and everyone making use of the area (walking, jogging, cycling, or just being lost on their thoughts) are all courteous.

Mado Turkish Restaurant is a restaurant that specializes in a Turkish restaurant. Such a perfect little spot, located on the south bank. Beautiful Turkish restaurant. The food is incredible. The staff member serving us is so friendly and helpful. The serving is definitely worth the money.
