Visiting Waimanalo Beach Park when you have time to traveling is a great idea. Sea Life Park Hawaii is the first place that you can visit nearby this beach. What a fun place to spend the day. Try the dolphin experience. It is a chance in a lifetime for many. These intelligent creatures are amazing. Friendly atmosphere and great shows. Enjoyed watching and feeding the sea turtles. It is a nice touch putting a play area for the kids. Dolphins are excellent as well as the sea lions. Makapu'u Tide Pools is another place that you should visit. Great beach on a sunny day for body boarding or flying a kite. The water is a bit rough on the northern side of the beach but makes for excellent bodyboarding. There are several lovely tide pools to wade in (about knee-deep), and you have a decent chance at seeing a few sea turtles swimming around near the banks. The tide pools are beautiful with incredibly Clearwater to catch small fish fry along with baby cribs. Walking along the lava, you should be careful.
In Waimanalo Beach Park, you will find more beautiful spots and do many great beach activities. Makapu'u Point Lighthouse Trail is one of the places that have free charges. The great paved trail up to the Lighthouse. This trail is excellent for families; however, the paved trail may reflect a bit more heat on sweltering days. Be sure to bring hydration! While you can wear flippy floppies, it'd be best to have flat-soled shoes or even sneakers just for comfort and stability. Look out for spectacular views from several parts of the trails, especially looking down upon the shoreline's crashing waves. Another must-visit place is Makapu'u Heiau. The views are stunning!! Worth the hike/walk to the Lighthouse. Wear sunscreen and bring plenty of water. Parking is free. Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash.
Don't forget to maintain physical distancing and wear a mask or face covering when a physical distancing cannot be born. Stay clean, bring your soap or sanitizer.
The best months to travel to Hanalei Beach and other Hanalei areas are April, May, September, and October. These months are known for having pleasant weather and atmosphere.

There's a small patio area outback. It is an excellent place to grab a quick bite after a long day. Appears to be a family-run restaurant with lots of choices. Fast service and friendly staff who are happy to provide recommendations and suggestions. The coconut shrimp are delicious, and the roast pork falls apart on your fork. Highly recommended if you're in the neighborhood! 'Ai Love Nalo is another best restaurant that is worth visiting. Delicious! Book a place at Ohana Karaoke to spend your night. Karaoke, live entertainment from time to time, pool tables and dartboard area, cold drinks, and serves Korean food too if you're hungry! Awesome bartender and waitress. Good fun, people singing karaoke, and everyone just having a great time. Create an unforgettable nightlife at Kailua Town Pub and Grill. This place is fantastic. Great atmosphere, great bartenders that are gorgeous, the food is delicious. Stopped in recently after being gone for a couple of months and still pound excellent service and good food. The bar side is super busy and is a significant gathering place hidden from view since there are no windows. The restaurant stays alive, but they always seem to find you a seat.
