Rent a canoe or kayak and enjoy a leisurely paddle through the shallow water lagoon of the park. Also, fishing in this park will be great too. However, saltwater fishing licenses are required to do this activity.
Since the park boasts two land-based nature trails, you can explore them through hiking. The "Golden Orb Trail," named after a native spider, is a laid-back 40-minute walk through several plant communities. Meanwhile, "Layton Trail" is situated on the bay side of the park. It takes 15 minutes to walk. You can join a nature program too.
If you just want to sit down and leisurely enjoy the views, that’s really okay. Use the picnic areas that are available alongside a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Those of you who cannot get enough with this park are able to stay overnight. There are 60 campsites in the park with full facility. All of them are overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Your camping here will be more enjoyable since every campsite is equipped with a ground grill, a picnic table, electricity, and water. You may book the campsites up to 11 months in advance.
