The property parking lot is in disrepair; be careful of moon size craters in the parking lot. But it's clean it's a good enough selection food court is Tiny.

CINEMA

There is no movie theater in AMC Seacourt 10. However, it doesn't mean you cannot enjoy the latest movies. You can go to the nearby movie theater, AMC Seacourt 10. It is an older AMC theatre. It has standard seating. Lots of seats in the theater. You do not select your seats. Plenty of Theatres, plenty of movies. The restrooms are clean. And, yes, you can buy popcorn.

Film selections are better, with more small indie movies than other places.

You can get some pretty good deals on their used movies and such; the only issue is that some of the new movies are expensive.

BEST RESTAURANTS

There are many best restaurants to choose from while you are in Ocean County Mall. One of them is Ichiban Toms River Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi. The food is excellent, and the presentation of the drink and food is phenomenal. Excellent service and beautiful decor; the only thing is it's a little pricey. It's none the less a perfect hibachi grill and Japanese restaurant. Their sushi is delicious, as is their hibachi fare. Applebee's Grill + Bar is another excellent option for a shopping break and grab a bite. They have a variety of drinks, all of which being delicious every time! They're so good, especially their wings. Can't go wrong. They're entrees and desserts are great too. Five stars for you, Applebee's, keep up the great work!

Really great restaurant for brunch with great selections of menu.

Order the Teriyaki Salmon and Hibachi Chicken food, it's really good.

Hibachi Chicken served with fried rice and a side of flavorful noodles and veggies.

Ocean County Mall also comes with Starbucks, its favorite hangout spot. Great place if you like coffee but also have sensitivities. The employees offer a wide verity of substitutes: coconut, soy, almond milk. They also customize for a green mocha latte. Another excellent recommendation to have fun in the mall is a Bahama Breeze. Awesome place. Good food, good drinks, good atmosphere. Nice friendly waitress, and quick service. They have outdoor seating too, which is nice.
