Fun Things Can be Done at Sleepy Hollow State Park this Summer
SIGHTSEEING
More than 2,600 hectares with a lake area of 410 hectares. 181 modern campsites. Picnicking, swimming, boat launching, fishing, wildlife viewing area, bird watching. Rowboats, canoes, paddleboat, pontoon rentals are available in the summer. During the spring, forest rangers host the weekly Nature of Sleepy Hollow State Park program, which educates campers about local wildlife and the history of the surrounding area. Sleepy Hollow is best known for miles and miles of snowshoeing and cross-country skiing across the land. Additionally, if camping in a tent doesn't sound like you, there are cabins on the premises available for rent for $ 68 per night.
