3 Eggs Omlette w Brroccolini at c3f w/ham, cheese, tomato w/baby spinach, cheese, mushroom - vegetarian option

Interesting First-time visitors, very underwhelmed. Ordered Salmon Eggs Benedict with Spinach and Creamy Mushrooms as well as Tea and an Iced Chocolate. Eggs overcooked and not enough hollandaise sauce for the meal.

Super breakfasts Excellent coffee followed by big breakfasts that stint on nothing. Interesting omelet with shrimp crackers for texture. Service is welcoming and fast. Tables are not crowded, music is at the correct volume.

Really like this place! This was our second time here. When in town visiting family we always do brunch. C3 Factory doesn’t disappoint! Food is great, whether it be from the menu or straight from the cabinet.
