Overrated Cabalen So-so food at Cabalen. They charge 400 pesos ($7.60) for the buffet and extra for any drinks that's not included in the buffet. The prichon is hard and dry. . The dinuguan is ok.

Lots of Pinoy food! Can't beat the price of this place. Lots of choices, but nowhere the quantities at the waterfront buffets. Kind of crowded. Don't expect to return, but won't discourage others.
