Castello di Sammezzano in Italy

best forgotten place unfortunately the castle is closed and cannot be visited, you can only imagine the beauty inside.

Very beautiful place, but it's a pity you cannot visit inside While I was going to south Italy, I stopped in Tuscany to visit Sammezzano castle, sits in Reggello, about 40 km. far from Florence.

Cool castle, great hike Interesting place to hike and explore, too bad you can't see any of the inside of the castle! The grounds are pretty interesting with several outbuildings and some cool rare euro sequoia trees.
