Fort Humboldt State Historic Park in United States

Glad we stopped. Nice little historical site. Not well marked. Glad we stopped to see historic logging and military fort. No guides due to budget constraints. Wished there was more interpretation and exhibits! .

Historical Education on the Humbolt Area. A few buildings remain, with outdoor and indoor displays. The visitor center was closed when we were there. On a clear day Humboldt Bay can be seen from the park area on the bluff.
