Fuji Ramen in Japan

Hose-made noodles! Hose-made noodles! This is the only place I’ve had ramen at that makes their own noodles with stone-ground Japanese wheat. The noodles have a nice bite and the broth has a nice texture.

Best Ramen in town! Very good & authentic Ramen - of all the places I have been to, this is by far the best one.
