Hot Water Beach in New Zealand

A magical experience Visited in winter on a cold afternoon and such a lovely experience.

Great experience. Another iconic New Zealand "hot spot." Great beach and worth the visit. We arrivd as the tide was nearly out on a very cold morning at around 8.30pm. The sun was out but a bitter wind was blowing.

Essential in the Coromandel Great fun. Choose your ‘window’ of time based on the tides, grab a spade of your own or hire one for $10 beside the beach.
