Quietly placed at the Penthouse of the W Building at The Fort, a peek into Le Jardin Manila transports you to a place of French elegance and charm, where fine fare is served in an ambiance that does not intimidate, but only impresses with its too-good-to-be-true tastes. Inspired by the internationally-acclaimed Trois Gourmands restaurant in Ho Chi Minh, the restaurant's food philosophy takes off from Chef Gils Brault: good ingredients, executed with love and care. Everything that goes into the dishes are sourced and chosen with care and almost everything in the menu is made in-house including breads, charcuterie (sausages and smoked items), and cheese. The restaurant opened in May 2013 under the leadership of Chefs Jonas Ng and Hasset Go, who underwent an intensive six-month apprenticeship under Chef Gils himself.
