Los Katios National Park I was there many years ago when the park was open. The whole area was quite dangerous. Gunshots in Turbo. I hear different stories as to why the park is closed as the zone is really quite safe.
Los Katios Oficially off limits to foreign tourists due to security reasons but you can try to get permit in Turbo (NP headquarters).
