I see a billboard on 70 West I see a billboard on 70 West heading into DT Indy every day advertising for Payne’s restaurant near Gas City right off 69 North.

Finally Got Here! After seeing signs all over Indy, we finally made it to Payne's. It was a Sunday afternoon, so it was busy. Everyone was nice, service was good.

We may try it one more time The decor of the restaurant was pleasant and clean. The service was good. We had a good waittress and the food was delivered timely. I gave it a 3 overall because of the food quality.
