Port of Livorno Our ship, Norwegian Jade, docked here on August 21 this year. The port was clean and accommodating as customs was nearby and there was a market to pick up any last minute travel items or gifts, souvenirs, etc.

Interesting Name Porta Livorno is a huge monumental passage built in 1761 to connect the port with Civitavecchia’s north side. A memorial stone over the gate commemorates the request of Pope Clemens XIII.
