I can see spending a rainy afternoon here for awhile... This is advertised as a tea room but it's more of a bar.

Rustic Tavern Classic college town tavern. We're not sure we get the tea room part of it unless it's just to be a quaint moniker.

It is NOT a Tea Room Richard's Goat Tavern and Tea Room is NOT a Tea Room!Do not go here if you want a peaceful afternoon tea experience.We arrived at 4:00PM and expected a peaceful and gracious tea time between 3:00 and 5:00PM.

Seasonal house-infused spirits, full bar, craft beers, local wines, fine teas, and sweet and savory snacks (Guinness-infused shepherds pies, gourmet mac n' cheese of the day, seasoned tots with German-style curry ketchup, and vegan gluten-free "locavore" wraps) all served à la carte.
