We love Consistency I reviewed this last year after visiting twice and we couldn't wait to get back, although it took until the end of our visit to do so. A word to the wise, on Friday's and Saturday's make reservations.

Disappointing meal The steak was very good, as it is know for. However, the rest of the food was average at best, not much flavor. The featured desert, apple pie, was under cooked and not warm as we requested.

Wonderful grilled steak with no seasoning My daughter and I had heard that this was a wonderful steak house, so went there our last night in Tucson.

A warm and rustic atmosphere was created inside the Silver Saddle Steakhouse and Tapadera Lounge. In keeping with old southwest tradition, a custom steel and brick mesquite wood grill and pit were built. An antique buggy wheel with welded horseshoes attached serve to raise the cooking grill to appropriate levels above the smoky mesquite wood fire.
