Welcome to TATANKA ! Its another beautiful day in Aspen.

Not fancy, but satisfying The menu is "concise" - couple of dishes in the major categories. Despite knowing this is a "bison bistro", I wasn't that hungry and ordered a burrata salad with shrimp - which was very good.

Delicious Food, Good Service, Aspen Treasure! We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Tatanka. We choose to sit outside at sidewalk tables, and were very thankful for shade, as the mountain sun can be unrelenting.

Tatanka Western Bistro is a modern take on a traditional Old West saloon, elevated for Aspen.
