Not so appealing I stayed overnight at Cartagena Beachwalk Resort. Walked south from the resort along the shoreline to the beach area next to the highway. I did not find the beach or the water all that appealing.
Great little beach There aren’t that many white sand beaches at this part of Cebu so finding this one was a great delight and only 10 minutes motorcycle from the hotel Not too many tourists or hawkers so a nice place to chill
Decent white sand beach nearer to the city than most Tingko is great from when you're craving a quick dip. I recommend staying at Cartahena than the over priced tables, chairs and cottages there.
