Birthday bust Booked a table for 1 for my birthday. Staff super nice but when I asked for a beverage suggestion, my server recommended an unfiltered sake, about a 12 oz. bottle. What she neglected to tell me is that it was $25.

Great Food and Great Bar We enjoy the Bar at UMI. Great people watching location of the Casino, located at the main entrance from the hotel. Good solid service.

Great FRESH seafood I love Umi. Great sushi, wonderful fresh seafood, superb service and a great vibe and ambience. There is a fresh shellfish station in addition to the Sushi bar and the cocktail bar is very chic.
