Good but not Michelin Star Good but not Michelin Star good since this was touted as an exclusive place , difficult to get a rez, and snobby about kids (didn’t allow kids under a certain age so most of our party opted out).

Wonderful 2nd time around, food was just as amazing with great service One of the best unagi in Kyoto, this was my 2nd time to this place. They have changed the system from queueing to online reservation which I truly enjoyed.

Melt-in-your-mouth This restaurant is definitely pricey, but totally justified because the unagi is so delicious, so tender, so melt-in-your-mouth.
