The Mary Mac's Tea Room is famous for its Table Wine of the South (Sweet Tea) menu. Besides the menu, this restaurant also has a full bar with the famous house specialties like The Whiskey Lemonade, Mint Julep, and Georgia Peach Martini. And for the foods, the famous ones are fried chicken covered of buttermilk and flour, country-fried steak, and chicken pan pie topped with thick giblet gravy.

This historic Mary Mac's Tea Room restaurant opens from 11 am to 9 pm. Located in the Midtown district at 224 Ponce de Leon Avenue NE, the parking lot is located in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is walk-in only at the weekend.
But don't worry, you can still dine in on weekdays. Customers are allowed to make reservations on Monday through Thursday for parties of 8 – 25. Remember that the reservations can not be made by phone. This long-running restaurant is always crowded as soon as it opens.
